Question

How do I disconnect or dissassociate from an old email address? When i upload a doc to send thru Adobe reader it is going to an old email address that is closed down and just locks up my computer.

when I try to send an email with a link or attachment and it uploads or "preparing to send" it shows it doing so to an old email address.  So it just locks up.  How do I change the info.  There is no prompt or way to change it.

Hi

Thanks for your quick response.  I am not able to do what is suggested.  I

tried to sign in with the old email and it doesn't accept because the firm

shut it down.  I do have a couple other emails and adobe accounts I

discovered (removed by moderator) and they did not

have the old email attached.  So I would like to consolidate 1 adobe

account under 1 email only:

(removed by moderator) and also like to make sure the*

old email address of (removed by moderator) is

removed* from any and all adobe actions I might take.  So my problems here

are a big mess.. and I am only so techy.  Any help would be appreciated.

Can you help with this?

Thanks in advance.

Liz
