how do I down load adobe PDF Pack

I have paid for the Adobe PDF Pack for a year and I can't down load the program. I am told to upgrade !

Adobe PDF pack is an online service. You can use this service either online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf or by installing Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application from this link : Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
