how do i download a file

i have already got pdf files but i am not being able to download it.  I need some assistance. Thanks

    Hi,


    I'm sorry that you are having trouble downloading files. Here are 2 ways to download files from files.Acrobat.com.

    From the file list

    • Click on the checkbox to the left of the file name, this will display the actions that you can take with the selected file
    • Click the download button

    Currently files.Acrobat.com does not support downloading multiple files at once, so the download button will be grayed out if you have more than one file selection

    From Preview

    Click the file to open it in Preview view

    In the upper right corner of you will see the download button
