How do I download and transfer my subscription to my new computer?

    As per the description above, you want to transfer your Adobe PDFPack subscription from one machine to another, Is that correct?

    The Adobe PDFPack subscription you have is an Adobe Document Cloud online service which cannot be downloaded on a machine as an application or cannot be transfered from one machine to another.

    But you can access the services through a browser and also can be accessed through the desktop and mobile app Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

    You can use the Adobe PDFPack pack services through a browser on your new machine, log in with your Adobe ID and password at https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf

    You can also use the free desktop version of Acrobat Reader DC to use the services of Adobe PDFPack. To download the Reader DC, use the following URL https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

    To Manage your files stored in Adobe Document Cloud, you may refer to Manage and work with your files stored in Adobe Document Cloud  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/files.html
