    This is my number one complaint about adobe.  Who would think to go to edit payment details to download your invoice???  Edit payment details means change your credit card.  Everything is buried deep in some unrelated menu.  You can spend hours clicking all the options until you finally find what you are looking for.  I should not have to take a full course every time adobe upgrades just to learn the new menus.  All of my users have complained about this in Adobe pro.  Adobe please hire some intuitive logical people with English first to program English.
