How do I download the entire file structure?

I have been given the credentials from a government training agency to download the materials for several courses that I am enrolled to take. However, selecting all of the folders and downloading it creates a zip file that does NOT maintain the hierarchy of file structure (i.e. everything downloads as a bunch of files that aren't in any folders).

Is there a way that I can download the entire contents of this cloud account and still maintain the file structure?

Hi JCtrainer,

If you are downloading multiple files in one go, it As design behaviour that it creates a zip and download the material you want.

Sadly there is not much that can be done unless you download the files/folders individually.

Let us know if you have further questions.

Thanks so much. Yes, it downloaded as a zip file, but it didn't maintain the folder structure when unzipped; it just unzipped ALL of the files into one directory. Thanks for confirming this.

If you don't mind, please send this request on the IT development for future fixes. Thanks!
