    Hi MayaSanDiego,

I checked your account; you have an active subscription to ExportPDF. You can access that subscription either via the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf or via Adobe Reader. Are you opening your PDF files in Reader?

But to actually edit a PDF, you'll need to use Acrobat (rather than Reader, which doesn't allow for editing PDF files).

    Hi mayasandiego,

To edit a PDF file, you need to use Acrobat Pro or Standard. If you don't have Acrobat, you can try it for free for 30 days. Please see www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html for more information.

Thank you. I got a new computer and when I view PDFs now the right pane doesn't show up with options to edit or save as different formats, etc.  I have a year's subscription to Adobe but cannot view where the edits take place in the file.  Can you help me find where the edit button is?

    Thank you.
