How do I edit text in a organizational chart

    You would never edit text in an org chart as a PDF. That's like tippex-ing a printed chart and using stick on letters.

    Org charts are made in special org chart software. You edit the ORIGINAL and make a new PDF, for even the very smallest change.

    Sorry if that isn't what you were expecting to hear, but it's important not to pretend PDF is good for things it is bad for.
