How do I export from pdf to word format?
My account expired, I supplied another payment method, the card was charged and still I cannot
export a pdf file to word. What gives?

Hi Terencer,
We looked into your account information, found an active subscription of Export PDF. Though there is one another old subscription of Export PDF which has already expired.
It could be a possibility that the application is still syncing with the expired subscription.
1- If you are working on the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, then you may Sign Out and Sign In back.
2- Try online via web browser https://cloud.acrobat.com/ and see if you are able to do the conversion.
3- For detailed description how to use Export PDF service, you may refer to Using Adobe Export PDF
For any troubleshooting, you may refer Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
Let us know if it still doesn't work.
