As per your account details I see that you are a subscriber to Adobe PDF Pack.

As PDF Pack is an online service, so you can either use online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Or through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
