How do i extract pages?/

To extract and combine pages from a PDF, you need to use Acrobat (you can start a free trial, if you don't have it).

In Acrobat, you choose Extract from the Pages pane on the Tools panel, and specify the files that you want to extract. Then, you choose Combine Files into PDF from the same pane to combine the extracted pages.
