    Correct answer Sara_Forsberg

I did but will try again.  Thanks.

    Hi jdbsel,

Files stored on Acrobat.com remain there whether you have a subscription to one of the online services or not (storage on Acrobat.com is free).

If you did use a different Adobe ID back then, those files should still be available when you log in with that Adobe ID (we don't merge Adobe IDs unless you've specifically worked with Customer Care to do that).

But, I'm wondering wether you may  have had an older Acrobat.com (Workspaces) account. Do you see your files when you log on to Sign in | Acrobat.com - Workspaces? (If you do find your files there, please note that Workspaces is retiring soon. See FAQ: Adobe Workspaces is being retired | Adobe Community.)

(For references, the current Acrobat.com online storage site is located at https://cloud.acrobat.com.)

Please let us know if you're able to find your files.

    Best,

    Sara

I want to end my trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro but all the documents I used or created during my trial seem to be saved to Adobe.com, which I don't know how to access, and not to my computer. I want to have my own documents on my own computer. Are you saying this isn't possible and that I have agreed to let Adobe keep all my documents? How can I download my documents from Adobe.com?

Oh no, the files are yours! Whether you end your trial or subscription or not, you are welcome to keep your files in your free Acrobat.com account--or download them to your computer, if you prefer.

To access your files, log on to https://cloud.acrobat.com using your Adobe ID and password. Click Files, at the left side of the Window to see a list of all the files stored in your online account. To download the files, select them and then click the Download link at the top of the file list. Your files will download to your computer (usually to the Downloads folder).

    Best,

    Sara

Thanks for your help Sara but the link said there were no documents there. Does that mean that the docs are already on my computer, even though each time I try to save a doc into a folder the only option is adobe.com, not any of my folders?

I am upset that although I created a screen name, my full name was used on my post into the forum. Please remove my question and my name.

    Best regards,

Are you trying to access the files on Acrobat.com from Adobe Reader for iOS on your iPad/iPhone or Acrobat Pro/Standard on a Windows or Mac computer?  Or are you trying to access the files on Creative Cloud (not Acrobat.com)?

This is the forum for Adobe Reader for iOS (for iPads and iPhones).  I can move this post if you are using Acrobat on a computer.

You can use the web browser interface to access the files on Acrobat.com regardless of the platform.

    1. Open a web browser (e.g. Safari, Chrome, IE).
    2. Go go https://cloud.acrobat.com
    3. Sign in with your Adobe ID.

Please let us know if you want the information that is specific to the app or the platform that you are using.

The documents were in adobe.com using an earlier version of Acrobat (9.1) and Reader (I think maybe 6.1 or maybe even9 and then saved to adobe.com online service.  I don't think they transferred over when I subscribed under a different name and account ID etc. to Acrobat Pro 11.1 and Reader 11.1 with Acrobat.com online service.  I am trying to retrieve those documents.  Is the question clear?

    Thank you.
