I can no longer save PDF to document cloud. I had been successful with this service for over 2 years, then it just quit.

    Hey Terrys,

I'm sorry for not coming back to you on time, but thanks for sharing the screenshot. When you see a bunch of files there, whats the size of the file and the one you are trying to upload? In total is it exceeding 2GB?

If not, then login to Adobe Document Cloud  using a different web browser. If possible, then temporarily switch the internet connection to some other, like Hotspot, Wifi etc. and check again.

    Thanks,

    Akanchha

    Hi Terrys,

Are you trying to say that you can't upload the PDF to Document Cloud storage anymore? When trying upload the PDF to Document Cloud storage, what does it say "your limit has exceeded"?

Login to Document Cloud web interface using this URL: Adobe Document Cloud  and check the uploaded files under "Files" folder.

Let us know if you don't see anything there.

    Thanks,

    Akanchha
