I purchased the pdf pack without realizing that it would not meet my immediate need and without seeing the price for the upgrade. I

do not want this product and want a refund.

    Hello,

we here in the forum are not employees of Adobe, we are users like you. Therefore, it is necessary to present your problem to Adobe itself.

Here are two links where you can cancel the membership:

    http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-membership-subscription.html and maybe http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/membership-subscription-troubleshooting-creative-cloud.html

Depending on your situation could also be considered

    http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-subscription-acrobat-online-services.html

If necessary and for further questions click through http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and if "open" please use chat, I had the best experiences. I quote from Adobe's employee Preran: The chat button is activated as soon as there is an agent available to help.

On the other hand you have to look at Subscription Terms >>> http://www.adobe.com/misc/subscription_terms.html to see the conditions for a (early) cancellation.

    Good luck!

    Hi Angela,

you are welcome! ... and do you think, concerning a valuable success, it could be enough - acoording to Mr. Einstein - to be a grandfather?
