How do I get a refund of an unauthorised renewal subscription charged to my credit card ?

I was not aware that I had entered an automatically renewable contract when I purchased Adobe ExportPDF last year, until I recently checked my credit card statement and found that £21.14 had been debited.  Please advise how I can get a refund of this unauthorised payment ?
