. How do I get an invoice?

I have followed the instructions to print an invoice, but have no "manage account" option. Where do I go from here?

Hi colinj22223359,

Can you please let us know which instructions you followed? There definitely should be a Manage Account option (but maybe you found old instructions with outdated screen shots). Please try this:

  1. Go to http://www.adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password.
  2. Find your name on the left side of the Adobe.com home page, and click Manage Account under the blue Get Started button.
  3. Click My Plans & Products.
  4. Find the product that you want an invoice for and click Manage Plan.
