How do I get doc to convert when it kicks me back to purchase page?

I bought the low-cost version of PDF converter a few weeks ago, which has worked in the past, but now when I download a PDF and click on 'convert' it kicks me back to the purchase page. I'm running Windows 10 and need to know how to get this to work.
