How do I get help?

Question

I converted .pdf files and downloaded them but I'm told they had corrupted

data and could not be opened. What am I doing wrong. I sthere no tech

support?

Hi Ernalee,I'd love to help, but need a little more information.Did you convert files *to* or *from* PDF?Where are you getting messages that the files are corrupted?Does the issue occur with every file that you convert?How are you downloading the files that are giving you this error?Are you on Mac OS or Windows?I look forward to hearing back from you, so we can get this issue sorted out for you.Best,Sara
