how do I get my serial number after paying for a monthly subscription?

my adobe 9 pro trial expired and I paid for an online subscription however in order to reactivate the full version I need a serial number which I do not know where to find. Also, when I go to the online download it says the version is already installed.

An Acrobat subscription doesn't require a serial number; your Adobe ID/password act as verification for activation. When you start Acrobat, you should be given the option to License this Software." Click that link, and then enter your Adobe ID and password.
