How do i get the file into .xlsx? i see a small, unreadable image but need it into Excel to edit

It sounds as though you've already converted the file, and just need to download it so that you can edit it. Is that correct? If so, log on to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files. Find your file on the Recent Files list, select it, and then click Download at the top of the window. Your file will be downloaded to your computer--typically to your Downloads folder.
