How do I get the free trial to convert documents?

On your web site, http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/pdf-to-word-doc-converter.html, it says that I can download a free trial and convert pdfs to word. Now that I have done that, it says I need to buy your service. How do I get the free trial to convert documents?

I had the same issue. Totally misleading and a major time sucker!

The only free trial on that page is Acrobat.  Have you downloaded & installed Acrobat?
