Hi DCDCDC1999Party,
What sort of document are you working with? If you're referring to a PDF, Acrobat doesn't have a "Track Changes" like you'd expect to see in a word-processing application such as Word. Please see Track Changes and edit markup in Acrobat XI for more information.
