How do I go back to my original pdf export ?

HELLO

I ALREADY HAD PURCHASED ANNUAL PDF-EXPORT IN APRIL 2017 , THEN 10 DAYS AGO SIGNED UP FOR 7 DAYS TRIAL

TO ADOBE DC-PRO, NOW THAT THE 7 DAYS ARE OVER , IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO GO BACK TO MY ORIGINAL

PLAN AND DO PDF-EXPORT TO WORD FILE.

IT KEEPS ASKING ME TO SIGN UPTO THE HIGHER $$ PLAN OF PRO , WHICH I DO NOT WISH TO .

HOW DO I GO BACK TO MY ORIGINAL PDF EXPORT ? PLS ASSIST.

Please use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application to export PDF.

Try to sign out from the application , relaunch it and then sign in again with the Adobe ID

You can also export PDF online here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Also: if you tried the trial of Acrobat Pro, and don't want to buy it, you now need to UNINSTALL IT. After that you may need to repair Reader, which is what you have before. Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Reader are entirely different apps. Windows doesn't know which one you want to use.
