How do I have my Serial Number?

Hi,

I have been purchased by AdobeAcrobat.com to use its software to convert World document to PDF. Since I tried to download Acrobat XI Pro, it is asking me my Serial Number. Now I would like to know how to get it?

To use the Acrobat.com PDF Pack service, you will need to login with your Adobe ID & password.

So Acrobat XI is a totally different purchase, not an Acrobat.com subscription?
