How do I know if the update being loaded is still happening?

How can I tell if the update being loaded is still happening? It has been 15 minutes on the 'about a minute' phrase for running the package script.

Hi Sara,

The installation never did complete so I disconnected. However, it seems that I have Adobe Acrobat Pro version 9 and I was attempting to upgrade to version 11 which, I’m told isn’t ever going to work.
