How do I lower the file size or reduce the document when converting to a PDF.

I have to upload a doc onlind and can only upload it if it is in PDF format.  I converted it fine, but they restrict the file saize to 5 Meg or lower.  The file is one page and it says it is 6.3 Meg, so it wont except the file transfer.

    Hi speck300,

    If you'd like to reduce the file size of a PDF, you need to use Acrobat. If you don't have Acrobat, you are certainly welcome to try it for http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html. In Acrobat Pro, there are several options for reducing file size, including the File > Save as Other > Reduced Size PDF and File > Save as Other > Optimized PDF.
