    Hi marolyng,

If you'd like to edit a PDF file, then you'll want to use Acrobat. If you don't have Acrobat, you're welcome to try it for free. You can download a 30-day trial from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html. And to get you started with editing, please check out these Help topics: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/topics/editing-pdfs.html.

Please let us know if you have additional questions.

I was prompted to subscribed to a program in order to do the editing in

the PDF doument. I have adobe.  I paid $ 19+ and followed the

instructions to download the program of which I did, but I just could

not edit anything in the document.

    Please inform.

    Hi marolyng,

I see that you just purchased an Acrobat Pro subscription. Have you installed Acrobat after downloading from http://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat? When you launch it, you should be prompted to activate it by entering your Adobe ID and password.

Once Acrobat is all set up, please make sure that you're opening your PDF files in Acrobat, rather than Adobe Reader, as Reader doesn't offer the editing capabilities that Acrobat does.

    Best,
