How do I make my Adobe Export PDF (pdf to word) work?

PDF in November I purchased the annual subscription to Adobe Export.  I was able to use the service, until about a month ago. Now it is telling me to subscribe for what I already paid for.  Kindly assist.

Hi Errol,

There are no issues with your subscription; I've checked, and it's active and in good standing.

Are you, by chance, trying to log in via Adobe Reader? If so, are you able to log in via https://cloud.acrobat.com?

If you can't access via a web browser, clear the cache and then try to log in again. Make sure that you're using the correct Adobe ID and password (I found your account using the same email address that you use here in the forums; your subscription is tied to that email address).
