How do I make sure that they have opened their files that I sent them in adobe send now?

Hi reginas47947998,

By default, Adobe Send will send notification when a recipient views or downloads a file. And, you can view a sent file's tracking information on the Sent Files tab. Please see Acrobat.com Help | Using Adobe Send for more information.
