How do I move thumbnails in the order I want them (in Acrobat Pro)?

I have uploaded the files from CS Bridge 5 to Acrobat.com. Acrobat does not place them in the specific order in which they had been arranged. I want to rearrange the thumbnails into the order I prefer before converting the file to a PDF. How do I do that?
