How do I not save the whole file size every time a change is made to the pdf file on document cloud?

Every time I try to save a PDF file for the highlighting changes that I make, it gets me to save the whole file size, which is really quite large. It lags out my Mac and also takes a lot of time - also i cannot autosave it every 5 minutes without being counter-productive. I already have optimized for fast web view. Is it possible for the cloud to detect which page is changed and save that page only, cause dropbox can?
