How do I obtain my products if it does not appear under my account?

I had PDF writer loaded on my laptop. My laptop was stolen and I need to re-load it. When I access my account my products does not appear there. Who can I contact?

    I purchased Lightroom 5.7

    I still have it on my laptop, but I just rebuilt my desktop & had to change from windows 10 32 bit to 64 bit.

    I did a system restore, but seem to have lost my product code key.
