How do I print to PDF now that CreatePDF Desktop Printer is gone?  Specifically, printing emails in Outlook to PDF...

To "print" to PDF, you'll need to use Acrobat. You can try Acrobat for free for 30 days, if you'd like. See http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html for more information.
