How do I re-name a shared pdf file in Document Cloud and can't download shared pdf onto my laptop

Hi there.

How do I re-name a shared file in my Adobe Document Dloud.

I do not have FILE as a drop-down or drop-up option on my Document Cloud. I paid to get extra features and still do not get the options, or cannot see the options, to SAVE or RE-NAME shared documents.

Shared files from my Adobe Document Cloud Account as open on my laptop, are not downloading onto my  actual laptop (I have Adobe Reader 9 on my laptop).
