How do I recover original pdf files saved on the network? All of my files changed to one document.

Can you please give us a few more details? What action did you take that resulted in the files being combined? Did you use the Combine function? If so, your original documents should remain wherever they were when you combined them (and then you'd have the new combined file, which would be stored in your Document Cloud account).

I have a good feeling that your files are still there--I just need to know a little bit more about the process you used so I can help track them down.
