How do I remove my credit card details from my account?

I visited the page (link above) but none of those steps help, I tried contacting the customer care and it also did not help. So is there other options? I want to remove my credit card from my account as well with cancelling my annual subscription.

I'm sorry that you're having trouble updating your payment details. You can only remove credit card information if you used that card to purchase a perpetual product (one that you purchase outright). If the card was used to purchase a subscription, it's necessary to Contact Customer Care to have that information removed. It's also necessary to contact Customer Care if you want to cancel an Acrobat subscription. What happened when you contacted Customer Care?

I contacted them. First agent (called Akshay) said that the information will be removed in 2-3 hours. It is still there after 24 hours. Then I contacted one day later. The agent (Pankaj Dhawan) told me that it is not possible to remove the card information.

Before ask for remove my card information, the subscription was already cancelled.

All lies and denies every time at the beginning.
