Retrieve from where?

If it is from your Hard Disk then first try the "Recycle Bin" folder.  The link should be on your desktop (assuming Windows system).  See this picture:

You can either double click on it or right-click on it and follow the instructions shown on your screen.

If the files are not here then you can't retrieve it in any other way unless you go to  somebody who is specializing in recovering lost data from the hard disks.

Hi sutterrot,

Are you referring to files that you've deleted from Acrobat.com? Do you still have the original copies on your computer? (Uploading files to Acrobat.com doesn't remove the originals from your computer). There isn't really a way to  recover files that you've deleted from your Acrobat.com online account.
