How do I rotate my Fill and Sign form 90 degrees clockwise so I can fill it out?

If you have a paid subscription to any of the services on the https://cloud.acrobat.com website (Fill & Sign is free) one of the tabs you can use should be "Organize Pages" where you can rotate pages.  If you do not have a paid subscription there are other free services online to rotate a PDF (Google rotate PDF free) and then you could upload that rotated PDF to Fill & Sign.
