Hi RobinAugello,

By "Only I can make changes", do you mean you do not want any other person to make changes to this PDF form?

If yes, you can secure the PDF, so no one can make any changes to the file.

Please refer this help document for more information on this: Securing PDFS with passwords, Adobe Acrobat

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Hi ralph_1167,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know if you are filling out the PDF form or editing the PDF. Are you trying to save the changes to the PDF on the desktop application or on an Acrobat Online account?

On an Acrobat Online account, once you make changes and close a file, the changes are saved automatically. There is no save button. Ensure that you do not close the account window.

In Acrobat, go to Menu > Save or Save as. Refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3zNm0sM

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
