How do I save my resume?

I save it too me just fine, my problem is when I go to attach to a site I get this message

We accept .DOCX, .DOC, .RTF, .TXT, .PDF up to 500 KB.

We currently do not accept images or scanned documents.

My Question how do I either save it in this format or how can I change it to this format well 1 of them @ least....

Depending on what file type you want to convert, your can either use Adobe PDF Pack, or Adobe Acrobat. Or use Google to find a free online conversion tool.
