How do I send a 278kb file that has been converted from pdf to excel, by email to a private individual. I have Adobe ExportPDF

I am trying to send a 278 kb file by email to a private individual. I just subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF. I converted the file from pdf to an excel file so the recipient can use it. The only thing I see to send it is with a link, the only way it will accept it is with a public link. If I try to send it to a private individual it then prompts me to upgrade to the next level of adobe so I don't have to use a public link. Please help, these are medical records I do not want on a public link.

    You need to subscribe the adobe send service to send the document.

    Please refer to the below link:

    Send Large Files Easily - Select, Send, & Confirm & Track| Adobe Send

    Click on the check box of personalized link option.

    It will be restricted to the person you want to send the document.
