how do I seperate a single page from a multipage document?

I have downloaded a 16 page document, the 6th page contains a coat of arms - graphic item - I want to separate this so that I post it as a logo.

    To remove, or extract, a page from a PDF, you need to use Adobe Acrobat. If you don't have it, you can try it for free for 30 days. See www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.
