Not on my macbook pro running Acrobat Pro in 2017.  I HATE cloudy stuff - I have a <1MBIT connection - and often nothing.  PLease can someone tell me how to make the cloudy stuff go away for ever

    Hi paulm26634010,

    Please download the plist file shared @ Shared Files - Acrobat.com and follow below steps -

    • Quit Adobe Acrobat DC if running.
    • Place the downloaded plist file to /Library/Preferences.
    • Open terminal and run following commands -

              a.) sudo killall cfprefsd;

             b.) defaults read /Library/Preferences/com.adobe.acrobat.pro.plist

    • Relaunch Adobe Acrobat DC.

    Please let us know if this solves your problem.

    Thanks,

    Gagan
