How do I store different emails for a mass message?

I send a montly newsletter to basically the same people each month.  Is there a way to set up an address book so that I don't have to enter each email individually each month?

    Hi BodieBoy2,

    Are you using Adobe Send to send your newsletter? If you use Adobe Send from within Adobe Reader, you can access your local address book, which should make entering email addresses easier!

    If you're using Outlook, you can use the Adobe Send plug-in for Outlook as well. You can get the plug-in from here: Send Large Files Online - Share, Control, Track & Manage | Adobe Send

    I'm using Adobe Send and I guess it is withing Adobe Reader, but where do I set up a local address book?
