How do I talk to someone at Adobe?

I have forms up for an event on forms central. I just noted they gave me a refund, and yet I also got an email saying I need to update.  Yet on the forms central page, it says they are retiring it in June (right after my event.)

I am wanting to speak with someone to make sure it will still work as is or do I owe money.
