how do i track an email to make sure it has been read?

i sent an email earlier today with an Adobe attachment, and was wondering how to track this email to see if it has been read on the other end?

Hi shaun11,

If you sent the file using Adobe Send, you can check the tracking information by logging on to your accout at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files. Click Sent Files, find the file that you want to check tracking information for, and click the eye icon on the far right.


(When viewing the tracking info, you can select Notify When Recipients Viewed so that Adobe Send will send you notification when a file has been viewed or downloaded.)
