how do i transfer licence for Adobe Export PDF to my new pc?

I bought Adobe Export PDF recently and although its only £20 or so I want to transfer to the new pc I just bought. how do I do that?

    You do not transfer Adobe programs, you do a fresh install, exactly the same way you did the first time

    thanks. im trying to do that and although adobe site says I subscribe yearly for that product nowhere can I see where to download it. Everytime I go to the download one of the apps section and click on it it asks for payment again.

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
