How do I uninstall adobe send?

I need to uninstall adobe send and get the SN so I can return the product. I have NOT downloaded it and it shows available for download now. I am unable to return it unless I complete the SN and uninstall and I have NO IDEA how to find the SN or uninstall something I haven't installed.

Hi Festivus,

Adobe Send in an online subscription, so there is nothing to install. But, I do see that you (or somebody else) purchased an Adobe Send subscription on August 12. If you would like me to cancel it and process a refund, let me know. I'd be happy to take care of that for you.

Hi Sara.

Yes, I would like to cancel my subscription to send. I tried to do it on line but I was prompted to enter a serial number and to uninstall the product. I purchased Send but was unable to use it right then and had to go another route so I have no need for the program. If you can do the cancellation and email me a copy I would appreciate it greatly.

I've canceled your subscription and processed a full refund. You should see that in refund in your account in the next 2-3 days. I think the order management system will send you an email with the refund details. Let me know if you don't receive it. I'll send you a screen capture of the return.
