Hi srobben,

FormsCentral will be retired on July 28 2015, so Adobe is no longer offering new subscriptions or upgrades. Is there a specific issue that you're running into that I might be able to help with?

Yes - I had an upgraded subscription and cancelled, but I need to make some changes to the form I am working on and need to upgrade to make the changes.
