How do I upgrade formscentral?

The page it takes me to does not have an option for purchase.  It is just and overview of the program.

I will need more than 50 responses that the Trial offers.  Therefore, I will need to get a monthly plan.

I have used my 50 responses with the free version.  It says that I have a 25 buffer, but they do not appear.  I understood it was closing at the end of June, but I didn't realize it would not let me upgrade for the rest of the responses I might need in the next month.  I planned on using it for at least one month paid.  I already have everything posted to connect to my forms central account.  It will be a mess to change eveything.

What can I do?
